Not so long ago, I was living a life that looked successful on the outside, but inside, I felt disconnected, burnt out, and like something vital was missing.
Through it all, there was a creative whisper within me. At first it was quiet, but it grew louder, until I could no longer ignore it. Leaning into creativity during one of the hardest seasons of my life became the way I began to heal, remember, and come home to myself.
Over time, I realised my creative sessions were little soul-nourishing Rituals - so much more than “making art.” They became moments of healing, connection, and remembering who I truly was.
That journey led me to deepen my work through training in holistic art therapy, holistic wellness coaching, and spiritual counselling - blending personal experience with professional wisdom to guide others on their own soulful creative path.
