You may wish to set aside a few hours each week for reflection and creative practice… but this can ebb and flow depending on your life.

This work isn’t about how skilled you are.

If you’re newer to creativity, you’ll be gently supported to explore simple, accessible ways of expressing yourself — without pressure to get it right.

If you’re more experienced, this offers a different kind of depth.

Rather than focusing on technique, you may find yourself exploring the meaning behind what you create, deepening your connection to your intuition, and opening up new ways of expressing what’s truly within you.

You’re invited to work with any of form of creative expression that feels natural or makes you curious.

There’s no “right” way to do this.

Only your way.

You’re encouraged to keep things simple.

You can begin with whatever materials you already have at home.

I know I always have art supplies lying around that I barely use. This is a great opportunity to get those out.

This isn’t about having the “right” tools… it’s about creating a space where your expression can flow freely.

Throughout the program, I offer gentle creative guidance around surfaces, preparation, and mixed media elements you may feel curious to explore.

To give you a sense of what’s possible, in my own process, I work with materials such as:

• a simple surface (like paper, canvas, or a wood panel)
• charchoal and graphite
• collage and layered papers
• acrylic paint, inks, paint pens, spray paint
• soft pastels and oil pastels
• textured tools like sponges, rags, or stencils
• and occasional elements like gold leaf
• and to finish I use oil paint

You don’t need to use any of these specifically — just what feels aligned and accessible to you.

You may feel drawn to explore a mix of materials as you go… or you may prefer to keep things simple.

Both are perfect.

A traditional “how to paint” course focuses on technique, skills, and outcomes — teaching you what to create and how to create it.

Whilst I provide video examples of how I integrated the concepts into my artwork for each module. I do not provide detailed 'how to paint like me' style lesssons.

This is intentional, as this experience is something different.

It sits at the intersection of creativity and personal growth.

Rather than focusing on technique, we explore the deeper why behind your creativity…

and how your creative process can become a powerful space for self-expression, healing, and inner connection.

You’ll be guided through spiritual insights, creative practices, and mindset shifts that support both your personal and creative evolution.

You will still be creating throughout the program — but the focus isn’t on getting it “right.”

It’s about:

• what’s moving through you
• what wants to be expressed
• and what your creativity is revealing back to you

For some, this becomes a gentle entry point into creativity.

For others, it transforms an existing practice into something far more meaningful and expansive.

It’s not just an art course.
And it’s not just personal development.

It’s a space where your creativity becomes the bridge between the two.

Everything is housed in a dedicated, private online platform hosted in Kajabi. It is designed to feel calm, spacious, and easy to navigate.

This isn’t a Facebook group or a noisy social space.

It’s a more intentional environment where you can move through the content, return to lessons, and engage with the community in a way that feels focused and supportive — without distraction.

You’ll have lifetime access to the program materials, so you can revisit the teachings and your creative process whenever you feel called.

The community is held within this same space, with gentle prompts and opportunities to connect, reflect, and share — always as an invitation, never a requirement.

You can engage as much or as little as feels right for you.

You’ll have the option to add private 1:1 integration sessions via the Program Portal once you join Empowered Creative Soul. You can add these sessions at any time throughout your journey.

Each session is $197 USD and includes a 60-minute private video call, a call recording uploaded to your private Coaching Portal, and 2 weeks of WhatsApp support to help you integrate what we discuss and stay supported as you implement any suggested actions.

These sessions are designed to meet you wherever you are — whether that’s moving through a creative block, exploring something more deeply, or integrating what’s been unfolding for you.

This level of 1:1 support is exclusively available to Empowered Creative Soul students and isn’t offered outside of this program.

There’s no expectation to add this support.

It’s simply here if you feel called to have a more personalised space alongside the self paced experience.

If you do book a session, you’ll receive a short reflection questionnaire to complete, to help me prepare and to help you arrive with clarity and make the most of our time together.

If it’s your first time working with me in this way, I will also ask you to review and sign a simple coaching agreement to support a transparent and grounded experience.

You’ll have 6 months from the time you join the program to book and use your complimentary 1:1 session.

This is intentionally spacious.

Some women choose to use this session early on for guidance and clarity… while others prefer to move through the program first and use it as a deeper integration point.

You’re invited to choose what feels most supportive for you.

This session is a 45-minute private video call, which will be recorded for you to revisit, along with personalised follow-up integration suggestions shared via email to support your continued integration.

It’s here to meet you wherever you are — whether that’s navigating a block, exploring your creative process more deeply, or integrating what’s been unfolding for you.

Ahead of your session, you’ll be invited to complete a short reflection questionnaire to help me prepare and to help you arrive with clarity and make the most of our time together.

You will also be asked to complete a simple coaching agreement to support a transparent and grounded experience.

This is actually part of the journey we explore together.

Your creative resistance, avoidance, excuses, blocks or stop-start patterns are not something to fix — they are something to understand.
