Designed to support women to deeply connect with themselves and the creativity in their heart, so that they can uplevel their personal growth and spiritual expansion.
Central to this framework is the powerful blending of spiritual and creative tools, which balance and complement each other to provide a unique medicine for the soul.
My goal is to empower women to access and harness their inner power and wisdom, by realising that they already have everything they need within themselves to live more expansively and to feel self nurtured and whole - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
The work I share to support and guide others is embodied in my own spiritual creative empowerment practice.

I'm Sam
From CFO in the professional business world to Artist, Creative Mentor, Life Coach and Spirtual Guide, my decade long personal spiritual creative journey has been a life changing one! A series of life disappointments from baby loss and divorce to burnout and feelings of disconnection, restlessness and emptiness, were the catalysts for a spirtual creative journey that led me out of the dark and transformed the way I care for myself and show up in the world.
This journey is what inspires me to support other women evolve into the most beautiful, authentic, best versions of themselves using soul-led creative empowerment as a guide to access and harness their unique inner power and wisdom.
