Not so long ago, I was living a life that looked great on the outside… but inside, I felt disconnected, burnt out, and like something important was missing.

It was through my creativity that everything began to shift.

What started as a small, intuitive creative whisper became a powerful pathway back to myself… one that deepened my self-connection, supported my healing, and completely transformed the way I show up in my art and my life.

I became increasingly curious about the impact creativity was having on my growth and expansion, and went on to study holistic art therapy, wellness coaching & meditation, and spiritual counselling.

Over time, I've learnt that the way you value and trust your creative process as well as the energy you bring to it, shapes its reality.
