Hey, I'm Sam!
Not so long ago, I was living a life that looked successful on the outside (having originally trained as a Chartered Accountant - I was a business and finance professional for 20+ years with a white picket fence life) - but inside, I felt disconnected, burnt out, and like something vital was missing. I'd lost my spark and I was hungry for a greater sense of purpose and more meaning and fulfilment.
There was this creative whisper inside me… It started soft - but it grew louder. And when I finally listened, everything changed. I leaned into my creativity, right when it seemed like the last thing I should do, when my life was literally unravelling and falling apart (think heartbreak, burnout, divorce...). And I began to heal, remember, and come home to myself. I found my strength and my power and stopped looking outside myself for all the answers I was seeking.
I got more and more curious about the impact creativity was having on my empowerment and went on to study holistic art therapy, wellness coaching and spiritual counselling. Now, I guide other creative, spiritually curious women to do the same. To honour the whispers of their soul. To express what words can’t. To feel empowered in their truth. And to come alive through creativity.
